Protein Chocolate Smoothie Recipe
If you need something to get you going in the morning whether you’re going to work, school or the gym the following recipe has a little of everything and tastes delicious.
6-8 Ice cubes
1/2 or whole banana
Water
Organic Milk
Scoop Protein powder
Teaspoon Pilon instant Espresso
Place about 6-8 ice cubes in a blender fill up with half water and half milk to cover ice cubes, add all other ingredients and blend.
Enjoy deliciousness and energy boost.
