Emeals Provide Quick, Easy and Healthy Meal Plans

Emeals Provide Quick, Easy and Healthy Meal Plans

I signed up for eMeal’s plans last year through a deal site. I really needed help with varying my household dinner menus; basically my family was sick of eating the same 10 meals over and over.  Since I have a busy lifestyle, as does everyone, I needed easy and fast recipes. I’m also easily frustrated with cooking and can get discouraged quickly.

eMeals proved to be just what I needed to get my family eating healthy. It provides easy meal plans including all the tools to make dinner time quick and easy. You receive your weekly meal plan in your inbox, download and voila dinner is served.  The meal plans include recipes and a full shopping list to take with you to the grocery store. All the planning is done for you, just grocery shop and cook.

One can choose between different eating plans some of which include Gluten Free, Paleo, Clean Eating, Natural and Organic.  Once subscribed you have the freedom to change your meal plan any time once monthly. The meals usually don’t take more than 30 minutes to prepare unless you’re using the slow cooker. Slow cooker recipes are some of my favorites, by the way, just set it and relax.

I’ve been using eMeals for about 6 months now and have tried several recipes. Right now I’m on the Paleo although I’ve tried the clean eating and organic plans. All have included some great recipes.  Below I’m listing some of the ones I’ve tried and believe to be the best. Also included is one of their Paleo recipes  for Blackened Skirt Steak BLT Salad which is under 400 calories and just $4.00 per person.  Enjoy and get healthy!

5 of My Favorite eMeals Recipes (yep, I’ve actually made these)

  1. Mediterranean Chicken Kebobs with Couscous and Sliced Melon (Natural and Organic)
  2. Roasted Orange Salmon and Pomegranate Asparagus (Paleo)
  3. Walnut Pesto Chicken and Squash Sauté (Paleo)
  4. Almond Crusted Fish and Roasted Brussels Sprouts (Paleo)
  5. Slow Roasted, Turkey Breast,  Apple and Carrot Salad (Crock Pot- Paleo)
