Art Fairs in January and February in South Florida
Art happens often and extravagantly through art fairs in South Florida, not only during Miami Art Week but beyond! So if you miss Miami Art Week in December don’t fret. There is still sufficient art to see in the early months of the year, January, February, and March in South Florida, via pop-up art fairs.
South Florida Fairs
In January there are two art fairs in Palm Beach County. Both Art Palm Beach and Palm Beach Modern and Contemporary are located in downtown West Palm Beach. Then in February, you have Art Wynwood during Presidents Day weekend in Miami. In March, Art Boca Raton takes place in lovely Boca Raton. These fairs will give any art fan another chance to peruse and purchase in the spirit of Miami Art Week, just in smaller scale.
Palm Beach Fairs
Palm Beach Modern and Contemporary is organized by Art Miami. You will see some of the same art from Art Basel in Miami geared for the Palm Beach crowd. Here are a few of my favorite works from the from the fair.
Art Fairs In Miami
Miami’s Wynwood Art District and Design District have become a mecca for art in the last few years. Art Basel’s (Miami Art Week) growth and popularity have served as a catalyst to making Miami internationally recognized for its art. From Latin American art to street art, there is something for everyone. The Wynwood Art Fair mirrors this movement in its works. Art Wynwood is an exceptional fair featuring a wide array of styles mixed with challenging concepts.
Stay tuned for art from Art Boca which was not available at the time of this post because it hasn’t happened yet. For other cool art posts click here!
